Business and General Aviation aircrafts needs slots at Oslo and Bergen airports.
Business and General Aviation are exempted from slots at Stavanger and Kirkenes airports.
The procedures to obtain slots for Business and General Aviation at Oslo and Bergen are as follows:
Oslo:
Allocation of departure and arrival slots are compulsory for all flights at Oslo airport, Gardermoen.
Departure and arrival of following aircrafts are exempt from the rule of allocation of departure and arrival slots:
- aircraft using the airport as an alternate for provable meteorological, technical or other safety reasons
- aircraft on a mission in emergency
- helicopters not using the runways at the airport
Requests for slots are to be made in accordance with one of the following alternatives:
1. Request in SSIM-format to either SITA address OSLACXH or e-mail scr@airportcoordination.com
2. Use of online coordination
3. By direct contact with the coordinator for ad hoc flights on phone +47-64819019, fax +47-64819001 or e-mail ais@osl.no
By direct contact as in alternative 3, the request must include at least the following:
- date of flight
- type of flight
- aircraft registration
- aircraft type
- estimated time of arrival (ETA) to and/or estimated off-block time (EOBT) from Oslo using UTC timing
All flightplans must have a confirmed slot ident in item 18 before departure to Oslo.
Bergen:
Allocation of departure and arrival slots are compulsory for all flights at Bergen airport, Flesland.
Departure and arrival of following aircrafts are exempt from the rule of allocation of departure and arrival slots:
- aircraft using the airport as an alternate for provable meteorological, technical or other safety reasons
- aircraft on ambulance-, search- or rescue mission
- helicopters
Requests for slots are to be made in accordance with one of the following alternatives:
1. Request in SSIM-format to either SITA address OSLACXH or e-mail scr@airportcoordination.com
2. Use of online coordination
3. By direct contact with the coordinator for ad hoc flights in Bergen on e-mail flyparkering.bergen@avinor.no
By direct contact as in alternative 3, the request must include at least the following:
- date of flight
- type of flight
- aircraft registration
- aircraft type
- estimated time of arrival (ETA) to and/or estimated off-block time (EOBT) from Bergen using UTC timing
